Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Spanish Fork Wedding Invitations by MCC Wedding Invitations provides custom wedding invitation design, printing, and related stationery services. Our services include but are not limited to custom invitation design, Canva file printing, envelope printing, save the date cards, thank you cards, and wedding signs.

Orders and Pricing

  • All pricing is subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days.
  • Final pricing depends on quantity, paper stock, and any add-on services requested.
  • Payment is required before printing begins.
  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Proofing and Approval

  • A digital proof will be provided before printing. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully for accuracy.
  • Revisions may be requested before approval. There is no limit on revisions prior to final approval.
  • Once you approve the proof, printing begins. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
  • If you notice an error after approval, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to pause the order if printing has not yet begun.

Photos and Files

  • You are responsible for providing high-resolution photos and accurate information for your invitations.
  • Photos submitted must be owned by you or you must have permission to use them.
  • We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images.

Turnaround and Delivery

  • Standard turnaround is 1-2 business days after proof approval.
  • Rush turnaround is available — contact us for availability.
  • Local pickup is available in Mapleton, Utah.
  • Shipping is available within the United States. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Refunds and Returns

  • Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds on completed orders.
  • If there is a printing error on our part (not present in the approved proof), we will reprint the affected items at no charge.
  • Claims for printing errors must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Intellectual Property

  • Custom designs created for your order are for your personal use only.
  • We retain the right to feature completed designs in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially use designs created by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spanish Fork Wedding Invitations by MCC Wedding Invitations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
